Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change, and we’ll do our best to accommodate. However, to ensure fairness and availability for all our guests, we kindly ask that any cancellations or the option to reschedule be made at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled booking time. Unfortunately, cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will not be eligible for a refund, and bookings will be considered forfeited. This includes no-shows and same-day cancellations.
